At Brighton cookery school we provide fun, uncomplicated and professional cooking lessons, combined with a fun social atmosphere where you can drink, chat and maybe learn a thing or two as well!
On the arrival of your group, sparkling wine and canapés will be served an ideal to start the evening! Then under the guidance of our highly qualified chef you will be preparing three delicious courses whilst you enjoy a few (!) more glasses of wine. You will learn how to prepare food to Michelin standards but you can take it as seriously as you desire, it is a Hen’s night after all!!
After the lesson you will be seated at a formally dressed table and be served the food you have just prepared, matched with some great wines. We recreate a restaurant experience with food you cooked and the best part is – we do all the dishes!!
