Brighton Cookery School is an innovative and creative cookery school located in the very heart of Brighton. We specialise in recreating the total “Restaurant Experience”, with you as the chef and diner.
Our philosophy is for you to ‘Learn, Cook, Eat’ in a professional yet relaxed environment, whilst you have fun with friends, loved ones or colleagues.
I arranged this for a team event at Christmas time and it was so much fun. Everyone learnt a lot and it was such a fun, relaxed enjoyable day. The team still talk about how good it was! The guys looked after us really well with a constant supply of drinks and tasty food. I would definitely recommend going. Everything was very smooth to arrange with amazing communication and they catered to everyone’s needs. Thanks so much for a memorable time!
Had such a fun time at my Nieces Hen Night. Ben was excellent. He organised a bake-off, whereby we baked our own desserts, whilst our dinner was being cooked, and although I am not a baker, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Soft Meringue Roulade and Profiteroles were to die for. Thoroughly recommend this venue for any occasion. Well done Ben!

It was so much fun! The entire team were brilliant, very informative and always on hand to help. I wanted to ensure I gave a personal thank you as we added the extra challenge of being vegans! This was no problem for the team, however, who allowed us to still come along and provided us with a full range of alternative vegan ingredients to make the pasta! They really went over and above!
