Our philosophy is for you to ‘Learn, Cook, Eat’ in a professional yet relaxed environment, whilst you have fun with friends, loved ones or colleagues.
Brighton Cookery Club Events
It was so much fun! The entire team were brilliant, very informative and always on hand to help. I wanted to ensure I gave a personal thank you as we added the extra challenge of being vegans! This was no problem for the team, however, who allowed us to still come along and provided us with a full range of alternative vegan ingredients to make the pasta! They really went over and above!

Brighton cookery school is a fantastic, fun way to spend an evening learning to cook quality food (and drinking wine) taught by local food legend- Chef Messa Ben. Trés bon!
As a keen cook I was given the street food course as a present. Must admit, I was a bit sceptical given that I would be on my own, and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a great time. I learnt new skills (including how to fillet a chicken thigh) and was pleased with the results. Ben and his team were fantastic, and really looked after us all – no easy feat when there are people at different levels, including children. Glad I went, and would definitely think about going on another course.

Hailing from the Pyrenees region in France, Messa has from a young age been passionate about food and its origins; he has worked in both Paris and London’s finest restaurants incorporating varying cooking styles and flavours.
