Saturday 1st September, 10am – 3pm

Our Baking Foundations class is perfect for all cooking abilities, for Beginners it will arm you with some baking essentials in your culinary skill set and for those of you with some baking power up your sleeves already, our chefs will hone your skills and teach you new dishes to recreate time and again to impress your family and friends.

You’ll be making, sampling and then taking home your Bakes to friends and family. A one-course light lunch with a glass of wine, beer or soft drink is included in the session and a coffee and sweet treat break in the afternoon!

Come on your own, with a friend or group and let your taste buds be tickled!

During your baking day you’ll create:

Savoury Tart – Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable

Sweet Tart – Chocolate Ganache with Salted caramel

Focaccia Bread

Braided Chocolate Cake Loaf

Included in this session: 5-hour profession cookery tuition, ingredients – bakes yours to take home, protective apron teas and coffees and mineral water throughout the day. 1-course lunch with a glass of wine, beer or soft drink included! Afternoon Coffee/tea break with a sweet treat. You are welcome to B.Y.O to this event.
