Wednesday 23rd January 2019, 6.30pm-10pm approx.
This cook & dine class will see you master an Indian vegetarian curry. You’ll start the session by making your own paneer cheese before moving on to make the curry paste for a Butter Masala Sauce. This class is suitable for vegans where you’ll make a marinated pressed tofu to replace the paneer cheese.
We’ll also be demonstrating a classic Kulfi dessert to clean your palette after your beautiful curry. You’re the Chef & Diner, so you can make the curry as spicy or mild as you like.
Come on your own, with a friend or group and let your taste buds be tickled!
Included in this session: 3.5-hour profession cookery tuition & dining experience, all ingredients, protective apron and mineral water throughout. A glass of wine or beer to accompany your meal! You are welcome to B.Y.O to this event.
