THURSDAY 14th March, 6.30pm-9.30pm approx.
Let’s get you making Ravioli!
Pasta Perfection will see you create pasta dough from scratch, not as simple as it sounds, we’ll be having no cracked pasta here!
Once the pasta dough is made you’ll create Butternut squash ravioli with fried sage leaves and sun-dried tomatoes. You’ll then be taught how to present and plate up your delicious meal to restaurant standards. A glass of wine, beer or a soft drink will be served with your meal.
Included in this session: 3-hour professional cookery tuition & dining, all ingredients, protective apron, mineral water, fresh pasta with a complimentary glass of wine or beer served with your meal.
