Thai – Cook & Dine
Tuesday 2nd April, 6pm-10pm approx.
Thai cooking places emphasis on fresh ingredients with strong aromatic components with a spicy edge. As you’re the Chef & Diner you can make it as spicy or mild as you like.
You’ll be cooking up a 3-course Thai Feast:
Thai Fish Cakes – (Vegetarian/Vegan option available)
Thai Green Curry – Chicken or Vegetarian/Vegan
We’ll be surprising you on the night!
Come on your own, with a friend or group and let your taste buds be tickled!
Included in this session: 4-hour profession cookery class and dining experience, all ingredients and equipment, protective apron and mineral water throughout. A welcome drink on arrival and a glass of wine, beer or soft drink will be served with your meal. You’re more than welcome to B.Y.O to this event.
