Let’s get your young one’s cooking up a storm in our children’s cooking parties. They are fun and informative, so the little chefs have the confidence to recreate the dishes once they return home.
We’ve had some lovely children’s parties in over the years and have found that our pasta making or sushi session work best, although we have a huge range of cookery sessions that we teach on our school enrichment programmes at local schools, ranging from gnocchi to fish filleting, soufflés to creme brûlées. So if your little one has a higher skill level or is desperate to learn a specific dish/cuisine then please let us know and we’ll create a bespoke session to suit.
We offer two styles of sessions for children’s parties, either a 1-1.5 hour cookery workshop only, with produce they make during the session theirs to take home to share with their family or a 1-1.5 hour cookery session followed by the lunch they’ve just created in our dining area, followed by a cake the birthday Chef will make with our lead chef on the day (total time approx. 2.5-3 hours). Minimum class size of 10, with 1 supervisory adult per 10 children. We don’t charge for supervisory adults, but you’re more than welcome to join in and enjoy the session too.
Starting from £30p/p

I would like to express my appreciation to you both for planning & hosting such a great ‘Pizza Cooking Experience’ for our visually impaired children. Ben was amazing with the children, he was thorough, gave clear instructions and was very patient with them too…. A very well organised event and a perfect venue.
Your generosity does not go unnoticed…on behalf of the Look Sussex Trustees and of course all our Sussex families too, we cannot thank you enough.
Brighton Cookery School graciously hosted our Brighton Youth Centre ‘Bake Off’ which was filmed for the annual Youth Film Festival. Lel and the team were brilliant! The young people had loads of fun learning how to make a wicked chocolate fondant which was immediately consumed, mostly by me! Thanks BCS for supporting our Brighton young people!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for today, what an experience for everyone. It’s not easy doing such a lesson/demonstration for any group of children, let alone a group with serious visual impairments, but it was awesome. They all felt so included and were all completely engaged. Wonderful.
