Your time on site includes the exclusivity of your working area and oven space, if you require full exclusivity of the cookery school, please let us know and we’ll send you the relevant document.
•Professional Kitchen Hire – £65 per/hour +VAT@20% = £78.00 – minimum 4 hours
•Workshop bench Hire – £45 per/hour +VAT@20% = £54.00 – minimum 4 hours
•Optional clean down service – £65+VAT@20% = £78.00
•Please note we require a holding deposit of £150 per session, this is returned once your workshop area & ovens have been checked for damage & cleanliness.
• Your hire time must include sufficient time for you to clean down unless you opt to take our clean down service.
•If you wish to leave rubbish/recycling for us to dispose of this is charged at £5per/bag +VAT@20% = £6.00. Any payments for waste/recycling must be settled before leaving the cookery school.
If you require the use of cookery school equipment, other than the oven and kitchen/bench space a breakages deposit will be increased and held until the premises have been vacated and checked. Depending on the items required will depend on the deposit requested. Please let us know what you need and we’ll quote accordingly.
To confirm a booking, we raise an invoice for 20% of the total fee and the outstanding balance is then due 28 days before the event. Payment is taken via BACS, we also accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal payments.
We will require a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions below before we secure your booking with us.
Should you require any catering staff, we have a team ranging from K.P’s to Executive Chef, waitress’ & bar staff to Event Managers – please ask us for our rates and availability.
Please note all our prices are subject to value added tax, so 20% will be added to your final invoice.
