Messa Ben is a formally trained highly skilled professional chef with a passion for cooking innovative and tasty cuisine. Hailing from the Pyrenees region in France, Messa has from a young age been passionate about food and its origins; he has worked in both Paris and London’s finest restaurants incorporating varying cooking styles and flavours.

Messa has also appeared on Cable T.V “Planet Nosh” and more recently appeared with Anthony Worrall Thompson at L’Atelier des chefs. Messas’ personalised approach within his classes demystifies the perceived technicality of cooking with Clients commenting on the “fun and informative time they have spent in the class”
