Brighton Cookery School has grown over the years with corporate and celebratory private group bookings, outside catering and private chef services, but over the last few years we’ve been inundated with individuals wanting to get in the kitchen and learn some new skills with us, whilst meeting new people and having some fun in an informal yet professional environment, so we thought MeetUp would be the perfect place to get that group together.

Brighton Cookery Club started in November 2016 and has 1257 members and counting! Join us for your social cooking and dining adventure in our incredible foodie city! you don’t have to join the club to join us in the kitchen, however, most of our cookery classes are discounted for Cookery Club members.

I went on my own to do a macaron masterclass and I had a marvellous time! Great teachers and really nice people
It was so much fun! The entire team were brilliant, very informative and always on hand to help. I wanted to ensure I gave a personal thank you as we added the extra challenge of being vegans! This was no problem for the team, however, who allowed us to still come along and provided us with a full range of alternative vegan ingredients to make the pasta! They really went over and above!

As a keen cook I was given the street food course as a present. Must admit, I was a bit sceptical given that I would be on my own, and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a great time. I learnt new skills (including how to fillet a chicken thigh) and was pleased with the results. Ben and his team were fantastic, and really looked after us all – no easy feat when there are people at different levels, including children. Glad I went, and would definitely think about going on another course.
Really good tips , helpful, friendly and informative, would book again. Very practical cooking lesson with lots of things made easy and practical so that it is straightforward reproducing the dishes at home for friends and family. Will book again in the future.
